Your Role Gensler's Boston office is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives on creativity, innovation and making an impact. This is a unique opportunity to own the HR function for an office of 100+ professionals while partnering closely with our Regional HR Operations Director and Boston's leadership team. If you are an experienced HR Generalist ready to take the next step into a leadership role, this is your chance to grow into a trusted HR advisor in a global design firm known for innovation and collaboration. You will be the go-to resource for all things people-related while balancing hands-on HR operations with strategic initiatives that will shape the employee experience. From onboarding and engagement to compliance and mobility, you will have the freedom to drive HR excellence locally while leveraging regional resources and best practices. What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
**The base salary range will be estimated to be between $105,000 - $120,000. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
