The incumbent is responsible for coordination and administration of payroll and incentive programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This includes responding to employee questions regarding compensation programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation, and testing of plan design changes impacting compensation system applications. The work schedule for this position will be hybrid (onsite/remote). Business areas reserve the right to require associates to return to the office as needed, based on performance or other business considerations.
