Are you detailed-oriented with a knack for uncovering the truth? Join our dynamic team as a Fraud Specialist and play a vital role in protecting our organization from fraudulent activities. This hybrid role offers a balanced blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, enabling you to make impactful decisions from day one.

In this position, you'll conduct in-depth investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with internal teams to identify and deter fraud across multiple channels. Your expertise will help safeguard our operations, ensure compliance, and uphold our commitment to integrity. The role involves responding to fraud escalations, supporting customer victims, and contributing to the development of effective fraud prevention policies.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and screens
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or fraud investigations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year operating a computer in a Windows environment


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools or investigative techniques
  • Experience with legal or compliance procedures
  • Bilingual abilities


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant work experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center setting


Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment
