Title- CW Analyst Location- Salt Lake City, UT, 84111 Duration- 6 months Position Summary: Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver Banking, Sales and Trading and Asset Management capabilities to clients around the world. Operations provides essential client service, risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm's assets and its reputation. Operations spans all product lines and markets, serving as internal business partners who develop processes and controls and help specify systems that deliver accuracy, timeliness and integrity. As a member of SPG Synthetic Configuration, the individual will learn onboarding and configuration processes to support synthetic equity trading across businesses. The individual will work closely with Client Service, Sales, Trading, Technology, and other Operations groups. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills are critical for this role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy while onboarding synthetic structures for new clients or maintaining existing clients Coordinate with internal clients to ensure smooth go-lives Become a subject matter expert in the process and propose improvements and efficiencies Identify risks and share control ideas Preferred Skills: Ability to adapt to new changes and challenges Strong judgment to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients Team-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and self-motivated approach Prudent in escalating potential risk to the firm
