Function: Provide support to the Manager of Trust Investments and the Trust Manager for Investment related projects and tasks. Primarily responsible for processing all trades for Portfolio Managers on Trust accounts and coordinating with Trust Support to set up new assets in the Trust accounting system. This position will collaborate with Trust support to ensure all firm specific assets are monitored and appropriately priced. Also serve as the liaison with SEI on investment related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process trading requests/trade trackers via the Unity workflow from the Relationship Managers.

• Coordinate with Trust Support to establish new assets on the Trust accounting system.

• Conducts the necessary reviews on Irrevocable Life Insurance Accounts and collaborates with Trust Support to ensure premiums are paid in a timely manner. Manages the recommended and non-recommended security oversight process..

• Responsible for producing the necessary investment reports for Fiduciary Committee

• Responsible for conducting the proper oversight of the money market utilized in Trust accounts to ensure that S&T's Fiduciary duty is fulfilled.

• Serves as the liaison with the vendor for Proxy Voting for all Trust accounts.

• Assists with gathering the required documentation to conduct the necessary oversight of SEI as Investment Manager for Trust.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Requires a four-year degree or equivalent.

Experience:

Requires five to ten years general business experience, five to ten years of specialized experience. Preferred specialized experience knowledge of securities and there trading platforms.

Physical Demands:

This work can be performed at multiple locations. Operates a keypad device 70-80% of the day. Operates electronic equipment 70-80%. Primary parts of the body involved include fingers, thumb, hand, wrist(s), elbows. Sitting 80-90% of the day. This work can be performed with reasonable accommodations.
