What to Expect
The Sales and Delivery Program Manager is hungry to dive into critical challenges across the West + LatAm Sales and Delivery territory. The Territory Project Manager can juggle multiple projects at the same time and work cross functionally with support partners and field teams to help execute on multiple projects and initiatives. The Territory PM will become the right hand to the executive, always preempting their needs, requirements and constantly being one step ahead of the game. They will have planned each day but also adjust schedule in real time, handling urgent matters when they arise. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, self-starting and proactive Program Manager to assist with field operations for West + LatAm. In this high-impact role, you will leverage advanced problem-solving skills to improve operational processes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver key insights that shape decision-making for the West + LatAm territory. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, problem solving skills, technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Maintain weekly reporting to manage and measure impact of initiatives and strategies
- Identify areas of improvement or optimization on a territory level
- Develop and implement detailed and accurate reports for the business and leadership teams, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives and support business decisions
- Cross functional collaboration with HQ Teams, Field teams, and Territory leaders. Liaise between the business, training, recruiting, Sales/Delivery, and Operations Program Teams to identify business needs and provide feedback, as needed
- Event planning for large team meetings, large business generation events, and All-Hands. Assist with set-up, logistics for summits, team events, and calls
- Partner with Sales and Delivery team members at all levels to review sales operations and rectify blockers preventing success. Work cross functionally with multiple business partners including sales and delivery store teams, senior leadership, sales operations, IT and other HQ partners
- Take on additional responsibilities as necessary when new business needs arise

- Expert in Tesla systems and reporting tools

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
