Proposal Coordinator
REMOTE
Garver's Buildings team seeks an experienced Proposal Coordinator to lead clientfocused proposal development and support pursuit and business development strategies. This role manages the creation of highquality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards. Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage detailed work under tight deadlines.


This individual can work from one of our 60+ office locations, or remotely ( preferably in our 22-state footprint).


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic, clientfocused proposal and presentation approaches.
  • Oversee all stages of the pursuit process, from opportunity identification through proposal development and client engagement.
  • Lead RFP response planning, define timelines, clarify scope needs, and coordinate pursuit meetings.
  • Prioritize tasks and coordinate contributors to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Review RFPs to interpret requirements, submission formats, and deadlines.
  • Conduct research to support pursuit strategy and positioning.
  • Contribute to and oversee the production of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Manage deadlines, team workload distribution, and resources to deliver timely, highquality materials.
  • Maintain pursuit records, pipeline reports, CRM data, and opportunity tracking.
  • Organize and maintain marketing templates, tools, and shared resources.
  • Support consistent brand application across all marketing and digital communications.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of professional services marketing experience, including at least 3 years in the AEC industry.
  • Strong project management and decisionmaking abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits while collaborating across disciplines.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
