We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Manager, Campaign Program Management (CPM) to lead and build our newly centralized Campaign Program Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing a Campaign Center of Excellence, serving as the "engine room" of our Integrated Campaigns organization. You will be responsible for driving execution velocity, maintaining high-quality standards, and establishing best-in-class operational processes to ensure our marketing initiatives reach their full potential.

The Manager of CPM will lead a dedicated team of Campaign Program Managers, ensuring the flawless and timely delivery of all integrated marketing campaigns while building clear career paths and execution standards for the function.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Team Development: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Campaign Program Managers. You will define career paths, identify training requirements, and foster professional growth and promotional opportunities.

  • Resource Allocation: Manage team capacity by balancing workloads based on priority, skill sets, and organizational needs.

  • Operational Excellence: Protect the team's bandwidth and focus by enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for asset submission and delivery across the broader marketing organization.

2. Workflow & Process Excellence

  • Full-Lifecycle Management: Own the campaign workflow from receipt of the Strategy Brief through to final launch. You will manage the critical transition from Strategy ("The What") to Operations ("The How").

  • Systems & Standards: Define and enforce the use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and templates to ensure global consistency in timelines, status tracking, and reporting.

3. Campaign Center of Excellence Oversight

  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the execution of all integrated campaigns, ensuring the team masters program delivery across various promotional channels and asset types.

  • Webinars & Digital Events: Lead the team in managing high-impact webinars (utilizing platforms like Zoom, ON24, or Bizzabo), coordinating speaker preparation, production support, and promotional assets.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate operational support for strategic events, developer programs, and community initiatives, including landing page creation and list management.

  • Creative Liaison: Act as the primary operational partner for Creative, Brand, and Web teams, ensuring all requests (landing pages, ad banners, etc.) are submitted with complete briefs and managed against strict deadlines.

  • Channel Strategy: Oversee execution on promotional channels including:email, paid digital, website, paid third party vendors etc.

  • Lead Flow Management: Ensure all campaign leads are accurately captured, uploaded, and routed through the sales funnel.

4. Innovation & Data-Driven Optimization

  • Process Innovation: Leverage AI and other automation tools to streamline campaign intake and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Performance Reporting: Own the performance metrics for key channels like email and web. Track operational efficiency metrics, including cycle times, error rates, and on-time delivery rates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, program management, or campaign execution.

  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Expertise in project management software and marketing technology stacks.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and channel performance.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across Creative, Web, and Strategy teams.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $164,000 - $215,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
