The opportunity

Adobe Experience Cloud powers the world's leading enterprise marketing organizations. We help people and organizations design, deliver, and optimize exceptional customer experiences. Our B2B Design team is shaping the next generation of cross product workflows that help customers onboard, activate, and grow value across the platform. We're looking for a Staff Designer who brings exceptional craft, systems thinking, and strategic clarity - someone who can simplify complexity, influence teams, and elevate the experience across Adobe's B2B ecosystem.

This is a role for a designer who sweats the details, designs with intent at every level, and thrives on partnership with engineering and product to create elegant, scalable enterprise experiences.

What you'll do

Lead Experience Strategy & Vison Across B2B Journeys

  • Shape end-to-end workflows that connect products across Experience Cloud ensuring a coherent ecosystem.

  • Define models, frameworks, and journeys that bring clarity to multi-surface enterprise experiences.

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and platform teams to align around clear outcomes.

Raise the Bar for Craft and Systems Quality

  • Produce high fidelity UI, interaction patterns, and system level designs with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Produce visionary concepts and system frameworks that set a high bar for the organization.

  • Extend Adobe's design systems by evolving patterns and introducing new components where necessary.

  • Elevate visual and interaction quality across surfaces and teams.

Explore, Prototype, and Validate

  • Use prototypes at multiple fidelities to explore and validate design decisions.

  • Ground your work in user insights, research, and data.

  • Transform complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, efficient experiences that scale.

Lead Through Influence, Mentorship, and Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to engineering and product, clarifying direction and accelerating decision making.

  • Mentor designers, strengthening craft, narrative skill, and confidence across the team.

  • Create alignment across partners and guide shared ownership of journey level experiences.

Shape the Foundations of Enterprise Experience

  • Contribute to cross org experience standards and governance.

  • Champion accessible, inclusive, globally scalable design practices.

  • Support Adobe wide initiatives that advance our multi product ecosystem.

Operational & Organizational Impact

  • Influence and evolve Adobe's design processes, tools, and operational frameworks.

  • Champion design culture, collaboration, and standards across international and cross-functional teams.

  • Actively contribute to org-wide initiatives, design reviews, and design excellence programs.

What you need to succeed

Must-haves:

  • 10+ years designing complex, multi surface or enterprise products, with the ability to define and champion quality across teams.

  • A proven ability to drive cross product experience strategy and connect user value to business impact.

  • Mastery of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and prototyping - with an eye for precision, hierarchy, and pixel level detail.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives for partners, leadership, and cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and structured reasoning, bringing clarity to ambiguity and guiding teams through complex decision spaces.

  • A growth mindset and adaptability to new tools, emerging design technologies, and evolving workflows.

  • Deep experience with Figma, MIRO, and familiarity with other UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and comfort working within and evolving design systems.

  • A portfolio showing enterprise level impact, systems thinking, and exceptional craft.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with emerging AI powered tools such as Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, or Replit.

  • Background in enterprise digital marketing or B2B marketing environments.

  • Insight into the competitive landscape for digital marketing and customer experience platforms.

  • Experience designing agentic or AI enhanced enterprise workflows.

  • Strong grounding in accessibility and inclusive design standards.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
