Overview

FNF Construction, Inc. is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States. We are seeking a Skid Steer Operator with at least 5 years of experience for a project in Casa Grande, AZ.

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining Skid Steer Loaders to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material handling while adhering to safety protocols. The operator will be responsible for the pre and post inspections of the equipment that is assigned to him/her and will complete daily equipment logs. The operator will travel frequently in order to accommodate various project work schedules.

Responsibilities

    Complete all required safety training as scheduled and participate in all project TBT and safety meetings
  • Review SDS's as needed
  • Perform pre and post shift inspections of assigned equipment and complete required logs/reports
  • Operate equipment in accordance with all company safety programs
  • Operate Skid Loader
  • Have basic asphalt knowledge including milling, paving, and ability to effectively operate equipment
  • Observe milling machine operation and adjust controls to ensure conformance with standards specified by the project owner
  • Must communicate with other crew members to ensure daily schedules are met
  • Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair the drum daily and report malfunctions to supervisor
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment appropriate for the duties performed
  • Willing to work various shifts according to project needs and willing to travel throughout southwestern states as assigned
