Role Overview: The Manager of Mortgage Lending oversees daily residential mortgage operations-including origination, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, and closings-at Suffolk Credit Union. The role ensures compliance, operational performance, Encompass LOS accuracy, vendor integration management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of workflows while supporting strategic initiatives under the VP's leadership. Responsibilities
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Three (3) to five (5) years of direct experience can be substituted for education requirements. Five (5) years of experience required in a Mortgage related field with two (2) to three (3) years supervisory experience. Experience with Encompass LOS and secondary market platform preferred.
