Maintenance Electrician - Entry level

Overview:

The candidate will be required to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of EB Cranes & Lifting and Handling assets.

The position requires experience or education in AC and DC circuits and Drives, PLC's, motors, motor control, generators, resistor banks, diesel engine controls, alternators, wireless remote controllers, etc.

The candidate must be able to work at heights up to 150 feet above ground and needs to be able to work overtime.

Crane maintenance takes place indoors, outdoors, and in all types of weather and temperature conditions. Candidate must be willing to learn and be team oriented, with the capability to perform work on their own. Employee will be required to obtain and maintain J worker radiological qualifications.

Required:

High School Diploma, GED or 2+ years of related technical experience
• 2-5 Years of experience in electronics OR electrical field -or- military/technical schooling in electronics and/or electrical training.
• Electrical Field Experience

Preferred:

(One or more of the following)

• Crane Experience
• Heavy Equipment Experience
• Preventative Maintenance Experience
• Technical College Certificate or Degree
• PLC & Drive Experience
