Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Shift: (1st Shift) 6 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Thursday + Fridays | 6 AM - 10 AM

Overtime is until 3:30 PM on Fridays and a full shift on Saturdays (as needed)

You're the one who keeps everything on track, from schedules to supplies to smiling faces. In this Receptionist role, your multitasking magic and positive energy make you the heartbeat of the office. You'll handle the details that keep everyone moving and make it all look effortless.

What Gets You in the Door

• 1 year of experience
• Experience with multi-line switchboards
• Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, & Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with top-notch multitasking skills
• Reliable, upbeat, and ready to make things happen
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

What You'll Do

• Answer the multi-line switchboard
• Log in pouches from truck deliveries
• Verify data is correct
• Data entry in Excel
• Great visitors and have them sign in
• Ensure all persons leaving the facility follow the policies
