Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using detailed work instructions
• Perform leak testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting to ensure product quality
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately
• Follow cleanroom protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support production efficiency
• Document work using basic computer systems as required

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, or documentation)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Cleanroom, medical device, electronics, or precision assembly experience is a plus.
