Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage open customer accounts for collection efforts
• Make professional outbound collection calls and send follow-up communications
• Resolve billing issues and accounts receivable delinquencies promptly
• Collect customer payments according to payment terms and due dates
• Monitor assigned accounts and review collection and aging reports
• Document all collection activity accurately in the system
• Apply customer payments and research payment discrepancies
• Follow up on payment plans and outstanding balances
• Mail or email correspondence related to delinquent accounts
• Assist with commission processing and related administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite preferred, not required)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing
• Clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic math and data entry skills
• ERP/CRM software experience; NetSuite a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams
