Pay Rate: $18.30 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM (With overtime until 1:30 AM as needed)

As a Production Associate in Rogers, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

• Education: A Diploma or GED gets you in the door.
• Experience: Some quality control experience preferred.
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, twist, lift (up to) 33 lbs.
• Teamwork: Bring your best attitude and help keep the line running smoothly.

Your Shift on the Floor

You'll help fill trays with small parts, lift containers/boxed parts, and maintain a safe and organized workspace. Every day, you'll keep things running safe and steady.
