Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18.00+ per hour
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

Daily Responsibilities

• Process and post accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctly
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account status
• Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounts receivable or accounting support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in an office-based accounting environment
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
