  • Requirements & Product Management - Draft project charters, translate customer needs into engineering requirements, and manage cross-team dependencies for successful delivery
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight - Own end-to-end product cycles aligned with business milestones, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery while managing technical debt
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Track KPIs, manage technical debt, monitor competitive landscape, and drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback
  • User Story & Backlog Management - Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure all stories are development-ready with supporting documentation and dependencies
What you need to be considered:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (advanced preferred), with 3-5 years in product management or related field, particularly in educational software and Pre-K through Higher Education content
  • Product Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within deadline and budget constraints, with Agile methodology experience and product owner certification preferred
  • Customer Focus: Strong background in user research, customer interaction, and user-centered design processes with emphasis on creating intuitive user experiences
