Milliman's Seattle Health Practice seeks an Administrative Manager to work under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, supporting our leadership and broader staff team in our Seattle office. The Administrative Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing administrative and billing operations and providing leadership to the administrative and billing team.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Administrative and Billing teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality support for the practice.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes to identify inefficiencies, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
- Independently lead complex, cross-functional (often technical) projects to streamline and optimize operational workflows.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to the Administrative and Billing teams; develop performance metrics and create opportunities for professional growth to strengthen team skills and capabilities.
- Help build and sustain an efficient, collaborative, and diverse operations function that supports the success of the Seattle Health practice.
What We're Looking For
Professional Qualifications
- Some college required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven or more years of progressive administrative experience, including at least three years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and drive large, cross-functional operations initiatives.
- Proven experience implementing technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially SharePoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn internal tools quickly including but not limited to internal ticketing systems, billing reports, and timekeeping tools.
- Hands-on approach to analyzing tools and systems, with the ability to recommend and implement enhancements.
- Visual acuity to prepare, read, and analyze data.
- Must be available to work on-site in our Seattle office and work minimal overtime, as necessary.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Experience with Asana, Concur, Adobe Acrobat, and process management software preferred but not required
Location
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Seattle, WA. Applicants must be willing to work onsite full-time. After training is complete, you will have the opportunity to work 1 day a week remotely.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $82,455 - $131,905. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. Employees are also eligible for a bonus under our standard bonus policy.
