Tyler Union, a division of McWane, Inc., is the nation's leading manufacturer of Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings and Appurtenances has an immediate opening for an Assistant Quality Manager for its main manufacturing facility. Assistant Quality Managerwill help lead and support all quality operations within our ductile iron foundry. This role partners closely with the Quality/ISO Manager and plant leadership to ensure products meet internal, customer, and regulatory quality standards while driving continuous improvement across casting and molding processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior quality professional with strong foundry and metallurgical experience who is ready to step into broader leadership responsibility.Proactively promotes The McWane Way principals, values, and behaviors and lives the Compass Culture.
