Description

EUA will be filling several internship positions across our offices for the upcoming summer. These full-time roles will run approximately from mid-May or early June through mid-August or early September. In addition to contributing within your primary department, you'll gain exposure to other areas of the firm and build meaningful connections through group projects, collaborative learning, and educational opportunities. Our goal is to provide a rewarding and impactful experience for every intern.

A strong candidate for this position is a current student pursuing a technology-focused degree who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and learning new tools. This role provides structured guidance, mentorship, and exposure to both IT operations and EUA's growing Data & AI initiatives. Help Desk experience is a plus, but not required-you'll have opportunities to learn and grow through real-world tasks and project work.

Responsibilities May Include (but Are Not Limited To):

Technology Support & Operations



  • Unboxing, imaging, and configuring new PCs
  • Supporting PC deployments and software installations
  • Assisting end users with workstation moves and setups
  • Providing support for end-user peripherals (printers, plotters, workstations, headsets, etc.)
  • Supporting conference room technology and meeting setups
  • Delivering end-user training for equipment configuration and off-site usage
  • Assisting with daily Help Desk requests and ticket resolution


Data & Analytics Exposure

As part of EUA's evolving Data and AI strategy, interns may also support or participate in:



  • Introductory data analytics tasks (e.g., basic Excel/Power BI work, data cleanup)
  • Supporting data collection, tagging, or documentation to improve EUA datasets
  • Participating in small-scale AI or automation projects under supervision
  • Learning fundamentals of data governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices
  • Exposure to tools used in EUA's data ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure AI features, etc.)
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives that leverage data insights


These experiences provide a grounded introduction to how data and technology support architectural workflows, operational efficiency, and enhanced decision-making at EUA.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (typically Junior year or above)
  • Experience setting up or maintaining computer hardware
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Familiarity with data analytics concepts (e.g., data organization, visualization basics, logical troubleshooting) is helpful but not required
  • Ability to commit to a work schedule during the summer (adjustable to academic needs)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting end users and solving problems
  • Hourly compensation for this role is $18.00-$23.00 based on experience
