Job Title: Senior Help Desk Support Shift: 1st or 2nd (5:00 AM - 11:00 PM ET); 5 days/week (may include weekends); schedule set post-training About the Role Join a leading financial services firm's Service Desk team as a Senior Help Desk Support specialist, providing IT support for internal end users.
