Overview

The RMR Group is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broad, hands-on experience across both B2B and B2C brands within the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

As part of this collaborative, results-oriented team, you'll gain exposure to the CRE landscape while building practical skills across a variety of marketing disciplines, including brand strategy, content development, social media, public relations, internal and external communications and more.

This internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, contribute meaningful work, and help support the development and execution of RMR's marketing programs.



Responsibilities

    Support marketing campaign development and execution across B2B and B2C brands.
  • Draft and edit communications materials including website copy, social media content, and other digital assets.
  • Help create, schedule, and publish social content across RMR, ARIUM, and Tremont channels.
  • Contribute to employeefocused communications including an intern spotlight series and employee testimonials.
  • Assist in developing draft materials such as presentations, talking points, press releases, and other branded content for RMR and its portfolio companies.
  • Support the content team with video production, including planning, capturing and organizing assets.
  • Help organize and maintain the Marketing team's knowledge management system via SharePoint.
  • Additional ad hoc marketing project support as needed.


Qualifications

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week in office.

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Previous office and co-op/internship experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, research, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfort learning new tools, platforms and workflows.

  • Ability to juggle multiple small projects and deadlines successfully.

  • Enthusiastic, professional, resourceful and flexible with a new team.

  • Not eligible for course credit.



Total Rewards

Interns working at least 21 hours per week are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan.

The estimated compensation range for this position is $22 to $27 per hour. RMR considers several components including an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.
