Staff & Labor Relations is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted expert and advisor to leaders and employees across both the University and Health System. You'll be the person managers turn to when they need guidance navigating sensitive employee issues, interpreting HR policies, analyzing labor relations matters, or resolving workplace challenges. Every day, you'll use your knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and HR practices to help leaders make sound decisions and foster a positive, equitable, and compliant work environment. You'll investigate concerns, recommend solutions, and influence organizational practices by spotting trends and helping design proactive interventions. You'll also have the opportunity to support ADA accommodations, guide FMLA compliance, and advise on disciplinary actions to ensure fairness and consistency. Anticipated Pay Range
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position of USD $77,898.00 to USD $124,598.00. Duke considers multiple factors when extending an offer, including-but not limited to-the scope and responsibilities of the position, a candidate's experience, education, key skills, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
