The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Specialist, Graphic Design is responsible for creating and elevating brand awareness of Hubbell and its portfolio of brands through creative, on-brand graphic design. They energize clients with a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with diverse audiences. The Specialist should be extremely creative, dedicated, and able to work well under pressure and strict deadlines, with strong conceptual skills, design expertise, and the ability to articulate how visual ideas support business and brand objectives. In addition to producing high-quality creative work, this role supports the development and documentation of brand guidelines. The Specialist helps translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and clear standards, ensuring a consistent Hubbell voice through storytelling, imagery, and overall look and feel to drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy. This position is a hybrid role and is can be hired in one of these locations: St. Louis, MO, Greenville, SC (preferred), Columbia, SC, and Farmington, CT. A Day in the Life
