Job Summary: To perform detailed administrative services for Commercial Relationship Managers to support growth of the loan depository portfolio. Essential Functions:
- Assists Commercial Relationship Managers in the gathering and preparation of pre-closing documents and other communications necessary to compile and submit a loan package.
- Coordinates and manages the collection of and completion of documentation for the closing and funding of commercial loans.
- Assists Commercial Relationship Managers in managing past due and maturing loans.
- Reviews and prepares draw requests from customers and processes for approval of the Commercial Relationship Manager.
- Actively manages the Commercial Relationship Manager's loan portfolio to ensure collateral exceptions are cleared and financial reporting requirements of commercial relationships are met.
- Provides assistance with service requests from customers, facilitates customer transactions, and responds to customer inquiries.
- Supports Commercial Relationship Managers with inquiries on loan and deposit accounts.
- Performs administrative tasks for Commercial Relationship Manager, as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive Bank information.

Additional Functions:

Required Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
Physical Activity/Dexterity:
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers. Works with fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Physical Environment Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to visit other offices, conference rooms, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other people throughout each day. Must be able to exchange accurate information when conversing.
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Moderate noise (e.g. business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Work Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Available for overtime, as needed.
