Physician Assistant - Full-time Faculty (didactic) Job Description This faculty position is a full-time, tenure track in-person role within the Physician Assistant program and helps to oversee the didactic education component. Areas of focus will include teaching in areas of expertise including individual, lab, and team-teaching of courses. This individual will work closely with the Program Director and the Director of Didactic Education (DDE) and will collaborate closely with all faculty, staff, and affiliated healthcare institutions. Experience: The candidate must be a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant/Associate (Master's degree or higher), or an allopathic or osteopathic physician, preferably with 3+ years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, preferably in higher education, or having served as a clinical preceptor for healthcare students (PA, NP or medical student). Compensation Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. Typical salary for Assistant Professor $63,938 - $80,549, Associate Professor $72,366 - $96,793, for 24 Load Credits a year. Assistant Professor of $85,251 - $107,399, Associate Professor $96,488 - $129,057 for 32 Load Credits. Additional Information
