The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assists efforts leveraging project capabilities to expand and develop the Company's involvement in existing and/or new areas of business development by researching technical and regulatory information, as requested.
  • Provides assistance on assigned proposals.
  • Completes assigned tasks efficiently to contribute to performance based business development. Maintains general awareness of the importance of understanding and developing opportunities to successfully respond to Statements of Work (SOW) in support of strategic relationship building initiatives.
  • Maintains general awareness and actively supports assigned Markets.
  • Provides quality technical input in the identification of new and emerging technologies and materials as requested.
  • Under close supervision, completes tasks as assigned. Adheres to and meets project(s) cost, budget and schedule and understands the interrelation between individual roles and responsibilities.
  • Communicates with client(s) and other team members on assigned tasks as directed by the PMt.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Requisite education in an engineering or information technology (IT) discipline and
  • The application of educational credentials in the performance of technical responsibilities. Employees will possess expertise gained through a combination of the requisite training, experience AND formal study in one of these engineering disciplines: aerospace, chemical, civil, electrical, engineering technology, environmental, industrial, materials, mechanical, metallurgical, process, systems; OR one of these IT disciplines: computer engineering, computer science, computer systems, database engineering, information science, information systems, information technology, network engineering, software engineering or military intelligence. The criteria for military intelligence jobs include security clearances, formal training and experience in a specified intelligence discipline(s), and a combination of government credentialing and prior government/military experience.
  • BS plus at least 0-2 years of directly related experience
