Press Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Press Operator in Springfield, OH!

Join our team as a Press Operator and help keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$16/hr

What You'll Do:

• Operate production machinery and meet or exceed production standards
• Monitor quality and maintain accurate production reports
• Handle components and finished products, placing them in proper containers (tubs, skids, boxes, etc.)
• Complete required paperwork for quality, timekeeping, scrap, and traceability
• Collaborate with coordinators, managers, and fellow team members
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience required, including experience with presses
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses
