• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Assemble and test electromechanical components, including headsets and sub-assemblies, following defined specifications and procedures
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
• Identify and escalate assembly or quality issues to the production supervisor
• Complete repair or rework tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and properly care for tools and equipment
• Support production flow by moving between stations as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

What You Bring

• Strong hand dexterity and the ability to assemble small components
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment
• Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn repair techniques
• 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting preferred
• No formal education or office software experience required
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive motions
