Arjo is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and inservice training on Arjo medical equipment at customer sites throughout the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate brings strong electromechanical aptitude, a commitment to highquality service, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. This is a remote role that requires regular travel to customer facilities. A company vehicle is provided, and all travel is paid by Arjo.

• $25-28/hr(DOE) plus OT and Bonus

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and inservices on Arjo medical equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical diagnosis, prepare repair cost estimates, and complete service on customerowned medical equipment.
• Grow service revenue by identifying opportunities for new and renewal service contracts within the assigned territory.
• Partner with the Sales team on joint calls, product demos, inservices, and tradeshow support.
• Deliver all services in accordance with Arjo warranty/contract policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Manage local and van spare parts inventory.
• Complete and submit all service reports, documentation, and required training within required timelines.
• Participate in regulatory investigations by providing product assessments and required documentation.
• Support qualityrelated activities including QC checks, aesthetic maintenance, cleaning procedures, and product handling processes.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and compliance requirements, including FDA and worldwide medical device regulations.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, based on customer or business needs.
• Travel regularly by car (and occasionally by air) to customer locations; overnight travel varies by territory.

• Must reside within the assigned territory; company vehicle provided.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull loads, and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use required PPE, including biological/chemical protection, as needed.
• Must be able to complete required inoculations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related office tools to complete assignments.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• High School Diploma or GED required
  (Associate's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields preferred)
• Experience with electromechanical repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Repair certifications or technical training preferred.
• Sales or customerfacing experience a plus.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
