Sales Planning at High Liner Foods is designed to manage the customer analysis & defined sales support analysis in alignment with the organization's development and execution of the commercial strategic and annual operating plans. Reporting to the Sales Planning Director, the Sales Planning Manager role will provide critical support to the organization in 4 key areas: customer and channel analytics, commercial planning (strategic plan/AOP support, calendar and process creation/improvement, etc), sales/customer support and other continuous improvement projects. The typical hiring range for this position is from $80-120K; the base pay is offered based on a variety of factors including geographical market location, and may vary depending on job grading practices, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity factors.
