Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Hospitality Trainer to inspire and develop our team members in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for training new employees and seasoned staff members in hospitality skills, culture, operating systems, safety, and customer service excellence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a positive work environment while ensuring all team members meet the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the skills of our staff, enhance operational efficiency, and promote a vibrant, customer-focused culture.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Provide training to all new team members on the client hospitality culture and standards
  • Ensure all employees have correct and well-fitting uniform components and are always exceeding the appearance standard
  • Conduct comprehensive ongoing training sessions with the team covering upcoming events, activities, hospitality initiatives and preparations to execute flawlessly
  • Provide coaching to support skills improving service speed in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Support team members in mastering industry standards including personal presentation, client engagement, needs anticipation and customer service excellence
  • Monitor shift performance, offering constructive feedback to reinforce best practices in hospitality
  • Utilize our technology platforms to deliver, keep detailed records successful training, skill assessments, comprehension and employee development.
  • Deliver other supporting training as requested on topics such as safety, use of our reporting technology and other industry specific topics when needed.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality concierge environment with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor staff
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's safety standards
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
  • Experience working in hotel settings is a plus
  • Exceptional and demonstratable verbal and written communication skills


Compensation
