Job Summary

Maintain and grow a service route throughout the El Centro/Desert Area, supporting fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and emergency lighting. Conduct inspections, service, and repairs on emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and preengineered/industrial suppression systems in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. A JCIbranded company vehicle is provided for all route and service activities.

Responsibilities

* Selfschedule and manage appointments with contracted customers.

* Maintain and track inventory.

* Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions based on manufacturer guidelines and state/local codes.

* Perform onsite quoting, sales, service, and repairs.

* Upsell and crosssell products and services to support customer compliance with current fire codes.

* Develop new accounts within the assigned route.

* Meet or exceed performance quotas.

* Prospect potential customers for suppression products and services.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Valid driver's license.

* Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in confined spaces, including ladder use.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in fire extinguisher and kitchen hood protection services.

* Knowledge of NFPA standards and handling of dangerous goods.

Bilingual candidate is highly preferred: English and Spanish

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.54-$36.49. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflectsthe target compensation for this role.
