You'll work handson in the plant, partnering with production teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and manage projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal if you enjoy problemsolving, taking ownership of technical challenges, and driving improvements that make a real impact on safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to grow your engineering skills, lead meaningful projects, and contribute directly to the success of the operation. Responsibilities:
