Clinical Supervisor, LCSW or LCPC

About the Role:

The Clinical Supervisor, holding either an LCSW or LCPC license, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services within our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance, support, and supervision to a team of licensed and non-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based practices. The supervisor will facilitate professional development, case consultation, and performance evaluation to promote effective treatment outcomes and staff growth. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the United States.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within healthcare or social assistance organizations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
• Training or certification in trauma-informed care or other specialized therapeutic approaches.

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities:
