About the Role:

The Clinical Supervisor, holding either an LCSW or LCPC license, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services within our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for providing clinical guidance, support, and supervision to a team of licensed and non-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based practices. The supervisor will facilitate professional development, case consultation, and performance evaluation to promote effective treatment outcomes and staff growth. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery. Ultimately, the Clinical Supervisor ensures that all clinical operations align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals to enhance patient well-being and organizational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the United States.
  • Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within healthcare or social assistance organizations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
  • Training or certification in trauma-informed care or other specialized therapeutic approaches.
  • Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed mental health professionals.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and offer clinical consultation to ensure effective treatment planning and intervention.
  • Monitor compliance with ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities and training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart audits and performance evaluations.
  • Support crisis intervention and risk management efforts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supervision sessions and clinical activities.
