The Opportunity

As Director, Global ACS Sales Excellence, you will lead a new team focused on developing a modern sales enablement approach that helps our ACS Sales group sell more effectively and provide customer value. This role will establish success metrics, develop measurable frameworks, and introduce agile processes to rapidly and sustainably close performance gaps.

Using real-time deal and sales data, you will establish a dynamic feedback loop that informs targeted training, mentoring, and resources for sellers, managers, and leaders. Through active collaboration with partners and innovative programs, you will champion value-based, customer-focused selling and drive lasting impact on seller performance and career growth across global teams.

What You'll Do
  • Build and complete a global sales enablement and performance strategy that drives seller efficiency and accelerates revenue growth.
  • Develop agile, data-driven programs by bringing to bear real-time deal insights and performance metrics to identify gaps and deliver targeted interventions quickly.
  • Build and implement success frameworks and important metrics to measure seller efficiency, pipeline health, and program impact-informing leadership decisions.
  • Build scalable learning and mentoring solutions that address skill gaps and reinforce behaviors tied to performance outcomes.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations to align enablement initiatives with forecasting, territory planning, and business priorities.
  • Lead a high-performing team of enablement and performance professionals, encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive change management and collaborate with participants to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and performance methodologies across global teams.
  • Establish governance and inspection rhythms that provide transparency into seller performance, enablement return on investment, and organizational health.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 8+ years in sales enablement or performance leadership, with measurable impact on seller efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (value-based, consultative) and experience applying them at scale.
  • Expertise in building performance frameworks, important metrics, and governance models for global sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate pipeline and deal data into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Proven success influencing senior collaborators and aligning cross-functional teams to strategic priorities.
  • Experience managing global teams and encouraging a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Comfortable leading change management and encouraging adoption of new tools, processes, and operating rhythms.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, delivering scalable programs that adapt to evolving business needs.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $176,600 -- $320,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $221,300 - $320,450
In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $186,700 - $270,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
