About the Role

Within the highly competitive and rapidly growing sparkling water category, BUBBL'R stands out with its unique benefits of great taste, natural caffeine, and 0g sugar! As a BUBBL'R Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, consumer trial and brand loyalty. You will engage with new audiences and support regional sales growth as BUBBL'R expands in new markets.

This position supports the Midwest market and requires flexibility to travel using the company BUBBL'R Jeep and BUBBL'R Bronco. Brand Ambassadors are expected to deliver memorable consumer experiences through strategic event execution and account activations while authentically representing the BUBBL'R brand, as well as other brands in our Pepsi portfolio. Our brand portfolio includes some of the most recognized names in the beverage industry, such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Rockstar, and Celsius.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sampling initiatives and experiential events in partnership with our key accounts.
• Create memorable, high-energy consumer interactions that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and in-store sales.
• Serve as an enthusiastic product expert with a strong understating of product attributes, ingredients and functional benefits.
• Live the BUBBL'R brand, consistently representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles responsibly.
• Assist with upkeep of warehouse space and sampling assets
• Capture event highlights, results, and key learnings to share success stories.
• Support additional marketing initiatives as needed to promote the brand.

What We're Looking For:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous brand ambassador, event marketing, or customer service experience preferred. (Current college students are encouraged to apply.)
• Charismatic, outgoing and confident personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong judgement and dependable
• Flexible schedule and adaptability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Familiar with brand portfolio

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle
• Flexible schedule including weekdays/weekends and some holidays
• Variable hours, including paid travel time
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
