Your Role As a Receptionist in our Dallas office, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and guests and plays a key role in setting the tone for the workplace experience. This role blends reception, hospitality, and office support, requiring a proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to move throughout the workspace to support daily operations. More than a traditional receptionist role, this position actively supports guest experience, meeting readiness, and office flow to ensure the workplace feels welcoming, organized, and well-run at all times. What You Will Do
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth Manage guest check-in, visitor badges, and notifications to hosts Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and reception area Support meeting and hospitality needs, including light conference room checks and guest assistance Assist the Workplace Hospitality Coordinator with meeting setup, catering support, and event preparation as needed Offer proactive support to guests and employees, anticipating needs and solving small issues before they escalate Monitor shared spaces near the front desk to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and presentation standards Serve as a communication hub between visitors, employees, and Workplace Experience team members Escalate facilities, security, or guest concerns to the appropriate team member Partner closely with the Workplace Experience Manager, Hospitality Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, and IT Represent the firm's culture and values through service, professionalism, and approachability Provide flexible support across the Workplace Experience team during busy periods, events, or absences Contribute to a collaborative, people-first workplace environment
Your Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in reception, hospitality, guest services, or office support Experience in a professional services or hospitality-driven environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and presentation Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being active throughout the day rather than seated at a desk Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and visitor management
This position is in-person. Office hours are 8:30 - 5:30 CST. Successful candidates will be located in the Dallas, Texas area. If you're open to relocating to the area, please apply!
