As a Registered Nurse at our Medical-Surgical Adult & Pediatric Unit, you'll provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients in a supportive, team-focused environment. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative care team where every shift brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and provide exceptional care. What You'll Do Deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Create, modify, and document individualized plans of care for patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver holistic care. Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for recovery and health management. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff, ensuring safe and effective care. Participate in unit projects and hospital initiatives to improve patient care. Mentor and support fellow nurses through preceptorship and professional development. Uphold patient rights, privacy, and dignity in every interaction. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification required. PALS preferred. One to two years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality. Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
