General Summary: Flambeau, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist responsible for proprietary product sales for assigned accounts. These duties require relationship building and expanding Flambeau's product range with them. Pursuing new business with assigned accounts and pursuing sales opportunities with prospects is fundamental to this position. Knowledge of Flambeau's proprietary products and packaging product lines will be required to perform at high level. Selling value-add capabilities inherent with the complete product offering is required. Inside Sales Account Manager duties include price management; account profitability; and maximizing the overall customer experience. This position is hybrid with working at the Madison, WI office 3 to 4 days a week. Essential Duties:

Physical Requirements: This is an office role with minimal physical requirements. Ability to sit for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
