Based in the Barrington, Illinois office and reporting to the Director of Corporate Risk Management, this individual contributor role manages Workers' Compensation/Employer's Liability, Auto Liability, Commercial General Liability, and other assigned claims throughout the entire claims management lifecycle. Leveraging technical expertise, the position evaluates complex cases, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives cost reduction and process improvement with a focus on fair, efficient, and timely service. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Corporate Legal associates, Corporate Risk Management associates, outside legal counsel, third-party administrators, and insurers to establish and maintain strong working relationships. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The midpoint salary for this position is $110,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
