Job Role

We are seeking a detailoriented, motivated Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support laboratory testing, product quality verification, and compliance programs that ensure our materials and finished goods meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Quality Testing and Product Verification

  • Perform routine testing on raw materials, inprocess batches, and finished products.

  • Confirm products meet required specifications and document all test results accurately and promptly.

  • Calculate and communicate any necessary batch adjustments.

  • Approve batches that meet all quality requirements.

Laboratory Operations

  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

  • Manage lab inventory, supplies, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Data Analysis, Documentation, and Compliance

  • Use SPC methods to collect, analyze, and trend quality data.

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

  • Assist with ISO 9001/14001 audits, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare or review Certificates of Analysis and maintain records for regulatory and customer needs.

Collaboration and CrossFunctional Support

  • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Plant Management, R&D, and Regulatory teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

  • Support company Quality, Health, and Safety programs, including participation in training and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across departments.

  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures, analytical testing, and lab instrumentation.

  • Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or laboratory environment preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
