Pay Range: $43.27 - $58.68 per hour (based on years of experience) Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes following physician orders and a comprehensive plan of care. Serve as the clinical lead during home visits, perform assessments, and coordinate care across the care team. Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license. One to two years of recent acute care or community health experience. Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - Full Time
Pay Range: $43.31 - $60.16 per hour (based on years of experience) Job Summary:
Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice nursing care in patients' homes to ensure comfort and symptom management at end of life. Serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized plans of care, coordinating services, and supporting patients and families emotionally, spiritually, and clinically. Travel statewide to deliver in-home hospice services. Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license. Minimum of 2-3 years of hospice nursing experience; home care experience preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current CPR and BLS certification. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills. Knowledge of the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers.
Hospice Manager - Full Time (BSN Required)
Pay Range: $90,400 - $149,000 per year (based on years of experience) Job Summary:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Virtua's hospice program, ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care in accordance with hospice philosophy and organizational standards. Oversee interdisciplinary teams, coordinate clinical operations, and support professional practice environments that optimize patient outcomes and staff performance. Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned teams and drive continuous improvement in care delivery. Qualifications:

Triage RN - Hospice - Per Diem
Pay Range: $54.53 flat rate, $5 on call rate Job Summary:
Provide per-diem hospice nursing care focused on patient comfort and symptom management, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Perform clinical triage for hospice patients, respond to changes in condition, and deliver emotional support and education to patients and families as part of a coordinated interdisciplinary care team. Travel statewide to deliver in-home care as needed. Qualifications:

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Home Health (Full Time) - WOCN Required Pay Range: Hourly rate range approximately $44.31 - $60.11 (based on years of experience) Job Summary:
Serve as an advanced nursing practitioner focused on wound, ostomy, and continence care within the Home Health division. Utilize evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex patient care in home settings. The Clinical Nurse Specialist also supports outcomes improvement, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination across the Home Health team. Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey RN license. Current board certification as WOC (ET) nurse (CWOCN) or enrollment in an accredited WOCN education program with certification obtained within 12 months of hire. Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital or community health). BSN preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health Care (Full Time) Pay Range: Hourly rate approximately $25.24 - $37.86 (based on years of experience) Job Summary:
Provide foundational nursing care in the home setting under the supervision of an RN and according to the plan of care. Administer treatments and medications as ordered, educate patients and families, and contribute to documentation that supports clinical outcomes. Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted NJ LPN license required. Graduate of an accredited LPN program required. Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN preferred. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required due to travel between patient homes required.
Home Health Aide (HHA) - Full Time - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay Range: $17.65 - $22.87 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary:
Provide compassionate in-home personal care and support services under the supervision of a registered nurse to help patients maintain health, comfort, and daily functioning. Duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, light housekeeping, and documentation of care delivered. Travel within Burlington County is required as part of patient visit assignments. Qualifications:
Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. Valid, unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required. Current CPR and BLS certification required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide experience preferred.
Hourly Rate: $17.65 - $167,442.27 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
