Lockbox Data Entry Processor Location: Creve Coeur, MO (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM \| Business Casual Dress Pay: $18.50 per hour Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Permanent Hire) About the Role We are seeking a Lockbox Data Entry Processor to join our team! This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working independently. You will primarily focus on data entry and verification of digital check information while supporting other lockbox operations as needed. Key Responsibilities * Perform 10-key data entry to accurately log check details such as deposit amounts, names, and dates into the system. * Sort and stage bulk mail deliveries for processing. * Open incoming mail manually or using automated machines, depending on volume. * Verify and process deposits for wholesale (high-value, low-volume) and retail (low-value, high-volume) groups. * Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity standards. Qualifications * Previous 10-key data entry experience required (preferably in a financial services environment). * High School diploma or equivalent required. * 1+ year of retail banking or lockbox experience preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
