Responsibilities

Business Development Representative:

  • In this role, you will first learn to develop your skills by recruiting professional candidates before migrating to work with new and potential clients.
  • Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
  • Negotiate pay rates
  • Lead generation and client follow-up
  • Shadowing and observing sales activity from VP and Sr. Account Executives
  • Client outreach, setting meetings, and presenting The Judge Group capabilities
  • Interact with clients and attend client meetings


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Enthusiastic, competitive, organized, and results-driven personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, hosptality, or telemarketing preferred
  • Passion for helping professionals connect with meaningful opportunities
