The University of Wisconsin Atherosclerosis Imaging Research Program within the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine offers a unique opportunity for an Ultrasound Technician to support the Atherosclerosis Imaging Research Program's current projects. We offer a professional enriching and rewarding position, in a highly regarded ultrasound core lab, with exposure to a research setting, great team work approach and flexible hours. We are a successful research lab supported by multiple grant funding streams. We are looking for a detail oriented, organized, personable and inquisitive sonographer, that is interested in a part time position in a low stress environment.

The University of Wisconsin Atherosclerosis Imaging Research Program (UW AIRP) is an ultrasound core laboratory for clinical and epidemiological research studies that use ultrasound, electrocardiographic, exercise, and other physiologic research tools to quantify atherosclerosis, arterial injury, and cardiovascular disease risk. Compensation:The starting pay rate for the position is $30 per hour; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications Required Qualifications:
