Job Title -Junior Graphic Designer

Location -Montgomery, AL, on-site

What You Will Do



  • Support the Marketing team by creating visual assets for internal and external communications for digital and print media. Deliverables may include email newsletters, presentations, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, signage, digital ads and more.
  • Work with other designers, Marketing staff and internal departments to develop creative solutions and ensure brand consistency. Assist in maintaining and updating the company's brand identity and design standards across all materials.
  • Responsible for implementing branding and design for specific internal teams. Deliverables may include creating/modifying fillable forms, updating manuals, signage, meeting prep and more.
  • Take creative direction, incorporate feedback to improve designs and stay updated on the latest design trends.
  • Adapt and resize existing design templates for various formats and platforms.
  • Participate in photo capture and basic image retouching to support visual content needs.
  • Participate in basic video editing and design to support social media and internal communication needs.
  • Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Oversee print production for business cards and select marketing materials.
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries to ensure version control and easy access by team members. Maintain organized paper stock and manage inventory levels for paper and printing supplies.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong typographic skills and a good eye for layout, color and composition.
  • Ability to work on multiple design assignments simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to present design ideas and collaborate with nondesign stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of print production processes, digital asset preparation and file formatting for web and social platforms.
  • Photography skills and knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus, but not required.
  • Curious, creative, and eager to learn; able to accept constructive criticism and willing to ask questions, take direction and grow in the role.


Education / Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant design experience.
  • 02 years of professional graphic design experience preferred (including internships or freelance work).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across print and digital media is required.


While the salary range is typically between $49,100 - $67,475. annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
