Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Overview

Gates Belt Drive is looking for a Marketing Analyst to play a crucial role in the coordination of bicycle and motorcycle segment marketing projects.


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analsyt to support our marketing team in Denver Colorado. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with internal teams and vendors. Clear and concise communication will be important to the success of this role.



Key Responsibilities:


Social Media & Digital Content Support



  • Manage daily execution of organic social media content for Bicycle and Powersports channels, collaborating with global stakeholders to maintain brand voice and relevance across markets.
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimizing content for engagement and reach.
  • Support video and photo production projects onsite; motorcycle and/or bicycle riding experience required.


Strategic Marketing Support



  • Maintain and update key marketing materials (presentations, campaign trackers, reporting docs) with high attention to detail.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across channels.
  • Help manage collaborative marketing initiatives with partners and OEMs to maximize exposure and value.
  • Contribute new ideas and insights to elevate brand strategy in the bicycle and powersports markets.


Global Marketing Project Management Support



  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of global marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery of campaign elements across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align on priorities, share assets, and track deliverables for global campaigns.
  • Support global reporting and documentation of campaign performance, learnings, and key milestones.


Product Training Content Development



  • Assist in producing engaging, on-brand training videos for internal and external audiences to support product education and adoption.
  • Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and creative teams to script, film, and edit training content.
  • Manage distribution of training videos across global platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and relevance of training materials.


Brand Asset & Event Support



  • Maintain inventory of branded assets; organize, pack, and label shipments for events and demos.
  • Pack/unpack truck and trailer for events-occasional overnight travel and cross-country driving may be required.
  • Attend trade shows and events as a brand ambassador, interacting with attendees and supporting event execution.

Requirements and Preferred Skills


  • Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
    • Internship or 1-2 years of experience Industry experience or personal interest in bicycle, motorcycle and/or powersports required.
    • Experience in marketing or communications strategy and execution required.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create, share, and collaborate preferred.
    • Experience in using Smartsheet preferred.

PAY & BENEFITS



  1. Full-Time
  2. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
  3. Relocation is not provided
  4. Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  5. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  6. 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  7. Tuition Reimbursement
