Description Overview We are seeking a highly personable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Community Manager to provide exceptional front desk and guest experience across multiple buildings on a large corporate campus. This is not a typical receptionist role-it combines hospitality, customer engagement, and operational support to ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees. Key Responsibilities Serve as the floating receptionist between two primary buildings (Building 1: Medical Training Center; Building 8: Sales Training Center). Provide white-glove service for guests, including doctors and professionals traveling globally for training. Greet and assist visitors, print name badges, and coordinate with catering and event teams. Guide guests to appropriate buildings and shuttle services across the campus. Maintain tidy and welcoming reception areas; ensure conference rooms are clean and ready for events. Submit and manage work orders through ticketing systems for room setup and maintenance. Assist with guest logistics (e.g., luggage handling for those arriving from hotels). Update internal systems with event details and building highlights. Monitor office supplies and order materials as needed. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications: -2+ years of in-person front desk/receptionist experience (hospitality or medical office preferred). -2+ years of face-to-face customer service experience. -Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly. -Excellent interpersonal skills-bubbly, approachable, and professional. -Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: -Experience in hospitality or high-touch customer service environments. -Familiarity with ticketing systems for work orders. -Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norcross, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
